Seven News was the biggest program overall with 1.48m viewers, ahead of 9News on 1.30m. A Current Affair also performed strongly for Nine, averaging 1.09m.

In the entertainment battle, The Block sat ahead of The Voice, which averaged 928,000 for Seven.

10's The Traitors Australia drew 561,000, while The Cheap Seats averaged 487,000 later in the night.

Home and Away remained a strong performer for Seven with 1.06m viewers, while Tipping Point Australia averaged 784,000 and The Chase Australia drew 714,000.

The Block also had the strongest BVOD result in the Top 30, with 281,000 viewers watching via BVOD.

In breakfast, Sunrise led with 447,000 viewers, ahead of Today on 278,000 and ABC News Breakfast on 233,000.
